Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
PrimeTime AI (“PrimeTime AI,” “we,” “us”) provides an internal meeting-scheduling service that reads participants’ calendar availability and books meetings on their behalf. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided by your Google or Microsoft account when you sign in, and your organization/team membership.
- Calendar availability — we read only your free/busy times (when you are available or not). We do not read the titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations of your calendar events.
- Authentication tokens — OAuth access/refresh tokens from Google or Microsoft, and, if you connect Apple iCloud, an app-specific password. These are encrypted at rest and used only to read your availability, create meetings you schedule, and (for Microsoft organizers) send meeting emails on your behalf.
- Meetings you create — the time, duration, participants, and video link of meetings booked through the service.
- Scheduling preferences — working hours, buffers, and similar settings you configure.
How we use information
We use your information solely to provide the scheduling service: to find a meeting time that works for the participants, create the calendar event and video link, send confirmation and reminder emails, and remember your preferences. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Google and Microsoft API data
PrimeTime AI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. From Google we request only free/busy access to read availability and event access to create the meetings you book — we do notrequest Gmail access, and confirmation emails for Google organizers are sent from PrimeTime AI’s own email address instead of your mailbox. From Microsoft we request the same calendar access, plus permission to send meeting confirmation emails on your behalf as the organizer. Microsoft Graph data is used on the same limited basis.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that operate the product on our behalf (“sub-processors”):
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Neon — database hosting.
- Google, Microsoft, Apple — calendar and email APIs you connect.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and protect sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens and any stored app-specific password) with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Access to production systems is restricted.
Data retention and your choices
We retain your information while your account is active. You can disconnect a connected calendar at any time in your preferences, and you may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will delete your data within a reasonable period of such a request, subject to legal obligations.
Children
The service is not directed to children and is intended for workplace use by adults.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
